Rolled vine leaves with rice in stew, lamb rips, garlic, potatoes and tomatoes. Along with a Druze fathosh salad.

Fried Kubieh with walnuts and ground meat in, the crust is made of burgul and meat. Cooked in Hot goat yogurt. together with a Druze Fatush salad.

Lamb or veal steaks from our butchers, 300 g. Served with onion, garlic and mushrooms.

7 big plates of - Mjadara, vine leaves, cabbage leaves, fetosh salad, white rice, koufta- meat dish, and mahmklub - chekin and vegetables and rice, Served with a Druze pita and a kataif dessert - dough made from it filled with sahlab .
